IMPORTANT TIME CHANGES
New Sessions of our Job Seekers grant workshops will meet in September. All sessions begin at 7:00 p.m. and registration is required as space is extremely limited.
September 8 - Strategic Path to Employment - How to prepare yourself for the job search ahead. There is more to it than just a resume and interview.
September 15 - Career Change - For those starting over or looking to change careers later in life, this workshop is for you. Hands on workshop so users must be comfortable using computers.
September 22 - Online Applications - THIS WORKSHOP WILL BE RESCHEDULED AT A LATER DATE AND TIME. Most job postings are found online and applications are done the same. Come look at some great resources to help you find that new job and get tips on how to make your online application shine.
See our Calendar of Events for more information on these and all that is going on at the JBPL.
*This grant has been awarded by the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners with funds from LSTA (Library Services and Technology Act), a Federal source of library funding provided by the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
