Book Clubs at the JBPL
Pot Luck Book Club will now be meeting on the 2nd Wednesday each month from 5:30 - 7:30pm. Bring a dish and share a meal at our next meeting on September 8th. Help support the six couples competing to be the "Star Dancers". Each will be dancing for a specific charity.  There will also be time for the audience to dance the night away too.  Dancers will be doing the Waltz, Merengue, and Swing.

So, You Want To Write A Book
Writing workshop beginning Saturday Sept 18, 2010
Everyone has a book inside them.  Jacqueline Loring will help you bring it out.  This class begins on Sept 18 and runs for three consecutive weeks (Sept 18 and 25, Oct 2).  Participants should plan to attend all sessions.  Class runs from 10:00 a.m. until Noon.  Space is limited.  Sign up at the Service Desk.  You bring the enthusiasm and ideas and this short class will provide you with the tools to start writing.  Program sponsored by the Friends of the Jonathan Bourne Public Library.  Become a Friend today.
